Ephesians 1:18-19 ~ I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know that hope to which God has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
Self doubt and defeat can overwhelm us when we are not "seeing" the results we want. It becomes so tempting to just quit and fall back into unhealthy habits when you feel you have "changed" in so many ways. But have you? That is where the "truth" really speaks. Positive thinking or thoughts are crucial in the permanent progress of putting a halt to the viscous cycle of defeat and failure. Get rid of those negative thoughts and fill your mind with the positive! "I was made for more!"
Believe and you will achieve!!!
